Meet the team

Emer Curran has enjoyed hosting students for a number of years. Living in Sutton, just around the corner from Sutton Park School, Emer wanted to celebrate our locality of immense beauty and all that it offers. Specialising in tailored and personalised programmes for students who wish to visit and develop their English language skills.

The villages of Sutton & Howth have a magnificent community spirit and are a perfect and safe place to raise children. With Emer’s background in business and administration, she collaborated with Nicky Rudd to set up IELA-Dublin. Through their shared experience as host parents, local school and community links in Sutton & Howth they developed IELA’s unique service to offer ‘An agency run by parents for parents’.
